Yes, College of Engineering Roorkee, COER is very good for Engineering. The college provides excellent engineering courses in various specializations at very affordable cost. The placements are good at COER - Roorkee. Approximately 70% to 80% of the students get placed. The lowest package is INR 2 LPA and the highest package in this year is INR 13 LPA. Approximately 45% students got internship through off campus. Top packages were from CSE department.
