Yes, you can get admission in Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (GBPUAT) for the B.V.Sc. course without NEET if you are from Uttarakhand. Admission to B.V.Sc. for Uttarakhand candidates is based on merit in the entrance exam conducted by the university, not through NEET

B.Sc Nursing at Pantnagar University is not available yet but the college is trying to add the course to the college. They have various programs offered, such as B.Sc & M.Sc Ag, Ph.D. programs, and B.Tech admissions, among others. The admission to the colleges of the university is made based on the Competitive Entrance Examination, but there is no mention of B.Sc. Quantum School of Business, Quantum University offers scholarships based on Q-Care Exam scores, Class 12 board exam scores, and entrance exam scores such as CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT. For instance, students who score 80% and above in Class 12 board exams or Q-Care Exam are eligible for a 100% scholarship on tuition fees in the first year. Additionally, students with a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT are given preference for MBA admission. The university conducts an Entrance cum Scholarship Exam called Q-Care for Admission, which forms the basis of eligibility for some courses and for scholarships for most of the programs.

Quantum School of Business, Quantum University accepts scores from the Quantum Entrance Cum Scholarship Exam (Q-Care) for admission. Additionally, Quantum School of Technology course admission is both merit-based. For B.Tech and M.Tech, aspirants can apply with JEE Main and GATE scores, respectively. Students who apply with national-level exam score are given preference.
