There is no specific reference for the exact cutoff marks. Normally universities decide the cut off marks based on the number of application, number of candidate appeard, number of students qualified and total number of seats available.

The Quantum university situated in Roorkee Uttarakhand is one of the good university in Uttarakhand and the degree provide by this university is valid in all over India and Nepal also. The Quantum university is approved by UGC and Uttarakhand government. Well, the placement is good after the BBA at ICFAI. Furthermore, ICFAI is very placement-oriented, as it focuses more on practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge. Placements are also of high quality. So, overall, ICFAI is very good for BBA.

All of above colleges are best but I prefer you IIT Roorkee because it is the oldest one and best choice in field of ECE or CS.
