UPES have two pathways for B.Tech admission as given below.
1. Non exam pathway:
Board Merit: Minimum 80% marks in Class X, XII and minimum 80% aggregate in PCM/B & JEE Main cut-off Rank to be announced (on UPES website) after the declaration of JEE Main 2023 results)
SAT Cut off - 50 percentile

Hostel rooms are available in three categories in Uttaranchal University. For double seated Room- Rs.92,000 (per annum)
For three seated Room-Rs.87,000 (per annum)
For four seated Room-Rs.82,000 (per annum)
And also, Hostel security (refundable after course completion)- Rs.2000 ( one time only ). .

In my opinion you can't join 2 programmes at GEU at the same time because the classes are full time here so managing both programmes won't be easy and above all the academic constraints from both programmes will get very hectic and balancing both will be a real challenge.

The hostel fee is around INR 100,000 per year with all types of services such as food, water, washrooms, separate or sharing rooms, AC and non AC rooms facility, etc.
