Graphic Era Institute of Technology was established in the year 1997 by Graphic Era Educational Society. The Institute is located in the city of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Graphic Era University accepts the CUET-PG. The modes of Graphic Era course admissions are online and offline. Admission to various postgraduate and undergraduate courses is based on merit and entrance exam scores. Candidates must score good merit in entrance tests like CAT/MAT/XAT. Students who have cleared the qualifying test must participate in group discussions and interview sessions. MCA Graphic Era University offers a PG degree programme in Computer Applications.

Both UPES Dehradun and Bennett University are good colleges or universities for CSE Engineering. If students are looking for a well-established university with strong industry-academia collaboration, then UPES Dehradun may be a good choice for students. If students are looking for a university with a strong focus on research and innovation, then Bennett University may be a better fit. The best college will be different for different students. Ultimately, the decision of which university is better will depend on individual preferences and needs.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have a Graduate Degree (10+2+3) in any discipline with 50 marks in aggregate secured from a recognised University or Institute. Applicants appearing in the final year qualifying examination are also eligible to apply provided they submit the proof of their eligibility the latest by October 30, 2021. Up to 30 percent of seats shall be filled through the National Level Tests category like CAT, MAT, XAT, and NMAT. In case applicants for such seats are not available, UPES (Admission Office) has the right to fill these seats through Master of Business Administration (UPESMET).

The fee for a Bachelor of Technology course at UPES (Admission Office) is between INR 10.24 Lacs to INR 18.52 Lacs (for 4 years). Hostel fee details:
Triple sharing basis INR 1,70,000 PA Regular hostel for boys and girls at Bidholi and Kandoli campus. INR 1,90,000 PA for a hostel room with an attached washroom (only for girls). INR 2,13,500 PA for hostel room with attached washroom and Air conditioning (only for girls). A Refundable Hostel Security Fee of INR 10, 000 will be taken at the time of registration. The transportation fee is INR 20000
Training and Certification Fee: INR 22,500 (one time)
PDC Fee: INR 20,000 one-time
