No, you cannot get direct admission in School of Law, UPES. The admission in UPES Law School is entrance based except LLB. The student needs to have a valid score in entrance tests (ULSAT/ ULSAT-LLM/ CLAT/ CLAT-PG/ CUET/ CUET-PG) to get admission in UPES Law School.

To get admission in School of Law, UPES, the student should pass Class 12 with an aggregate of 50% in relevant subjects (For UG and PG levels) and have a graduation degree (for PG level). The college offers admission based on entrance exam scores (except LLB) of the candidates followed by personal interview.

To get admission in UPES School of Law the aspirant must meet the cut off requirement of the accepted entrance test (ULSAT-LLM/ ULSAT/ CLAT/ CUET-PG/ CLAT- PG / CUET). The final selection is done on the basis of personal interview. However, LLB admissions are merit-based.

  • To take admission in UPES School of Law the aspirant must register for the accepted entrance test (ULSAT / CLAT/ CUET / CLAT-PG/ CUET-PG).
