To apply for admission at MGKVP Varanasi, submit a duly filled-out application form along with the required documents, such as marksheets, ID proofs, and supporting certificates. MGKVP accepts applications in online mode. NTA has extended the last date to apply for CUET-PG from April 19 to May 5. As per the current schedule, the application form correction window will open on May 6 and close on May 8. The CUET exam 2023 will be held between June 5 and June 12.

There is no provision available for direct admissions at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Varanasi. At MGKVP Varanasi, the entire cost of the MSW programme is approx. INR 6,000 (for 2 years), as per the latest research by Shiksha. However, it may not be inclusive of various compulsory components of the fee structure. Students are recommended to visit the official website or the MGKVP admission office in person to find out the precise cost of an MSW. The total application fee has been decreased to INR 1,000 for one exam with the introduction of CUET-PG for MSW admission. The application fee for all the courses offered by Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith must be paid via online mode, i.e., via debit/ credit card or net banking.

State-level university Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith was founded in 1921 and is also known as MGKVP Varanasi. Additionally, the university belongs to the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). There are three campuses there: the Bhairav Talab campus, the NTPC campus, and the Gangapur campus. The university has 10 faculty members, four constituent institutions, and more than 30 departments at its Varanasi campus in addition to these sites.
