it is of a duration of 2 years. to be exact 1 and a half years because at the end placement and all starts and hence classes do not occur.

The eligibility criteria for studying for doing M.Sc, is having done B.Sc from a recognized university. Next, what you require is to have made up to the minimum percentage the college you chose requires in your graduation in order to be eligible to take admission in post-graduation.

No, maths is not compulsory subject in class 12th for pursuing M.Sc Chemistry in DU and BHU. You can apply here and get admission. Further the admissions are based upon your B.Sc Performance.

Mandatory Courses: B.A.B.A. (Hons)B.Sc.
Candidate must have completed B.A. (Hons.)/ B.A./B.Sc. (Hons)/B.Sc. with the required percentage including all subjects studied at B.A./B.Sc. level except for those subjects where only pass marks are required and which do not contribute to the total in the final (degree) mark sheet. The subject in which admission is sought must have been studied in all the three years at the undergraduate level.
I don't think it would be possible. But please contact the college for better information
