These days, almost all colleges or institutions invariably have a placement cell that makes all efforts to place students. But unfortunately details of placements for this particular branch is not available. However general record of BHU is quite good and you should take admission, if you are getting it.

Yes, you can fill up admission form for any entrance exam. Just check other eligibility to be sure. Dates will be mentioned in the admission brochure of respective exam. All the best.
