No, as per the admission information sourced from the latest MGKVP brochure, the university does not provide direct admission to its BSc course. For the admission year 2025-26, BSc aspirants will be selected based on their merit in the qualifying exam. Based on their merit, the university will shortlist the candidates for counselling. Seats are allocated to eligible candidates through the university-level counselling. Further, candidates are required to fulfil the cour-specific eligibility criteria.

Yes, Bachelor of Science (BSc) is available at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP). It is an undegraduate degree programme offered in the full-time mode. The programme is offered in multiple specialisations at the univerity or through its affiliated colleges. MGKVP specialisations include Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc. The duration of most BSc specialisations is three years, except for a BSc in Agriculture which is a four-year programme. BHU offers entrance-based admissions to all its UG and PG courses. To get admission to any UG and PG courses, it is compulsory to appear for the CUET-UG/ CUET-PG entrance exams. Further, the university also accepts other entrance exam such as NEET, GATE, CAT, etc. for admission to specific courses. Hence, candidates are required to appear for the accepted entrance-exam and also meet the course-specific eligibility for admission at BHU.

To be eligible for a B.Sc in Chemistry at BHU you need to have at least 55% aggregate marks in the class 12th examination. 

You should meet the cutoff for BHU in CUET UG or BHU UET.

Then, you have to go through the counselling process of CUET UG and BHU UET to get admitted.

the cutoff of M.Sc. Food Technology at BHU in cuet PG is 190-220  aggregate scores for general candidates. and for being eligible you have to have at least a 50% score in graduation however, candidates from the reserved category may receive 5% relaxation.

and for BHU-PET the general cutoff rank is 79 for the general category.
