The total number of seats available for the integrated programme is 120. Candidates are admitted as per sanctioned seat intake and score in the AMU entrance exam. The university has seat reservations for people with disability as well. It must be noted that the mentioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. To get a seat at IIT Varanasi for M.Sc course, the student must attain a qualified rank in the IIT JAM. As per the IIT Varanasi JAM Cutoff 2025, the maximum cutoff required for admission was 409 for the students belonging to the General AI quota.
