Yes, RBU offers placement opportunities to its students. Rabindra Bharati University has not released the 2023 placement details on its official website yet. However, as per the students’ reviews on the Shiksha page, 75% of the recent batch was successfully placed in reputed companies. The highest and lowest package offered during the recent Rabindra Bharati University placements stood at INR 2.16 LPA and INR 1.44 LPA, respectively.

I am not quite sure about Techno India University, but I would like to explore the options for Lovely Professional University that offers B.Teach in various programs such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc.

As far as the hostel food is concerned, it is not up to par; the quality is not very good. Students always complain about the food in the hostels. Mess and PG are nearby colleges; their food quality is much better than hostel food. Many students prefer mess and PGs to hostels.

The prestigious NIRF ranking of St. Xavier's College Kolkata is 5. So no college in Kolkata stands against the St. Xavier's. So this is the best for pursuing B.Com.
