Yes, candidates can join Apex University without CUET for some courses. The university also accepts scores of certain other entrance exams for admission to the various courses offered. These include- CAT, MAT, etc. Depending on the course, candidates must appear for the entrance exams required for admission at Apex University.

Jadavpur University accepts WBJEE scores for admissions into the BTech courses. However, the 12^th standard qualifying exam eligibility criteria is minimum 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (45% for reserved category). MA admissions at North Bengal University are still open in 2025.
