Yes you can do this course, even if you are from commerce background there's no restriction to it about Commerce stream. Infact it's a very good course and it only require 10th class science.

Expected Minimum NEET marks required to get MBBS Admission in this college - Above 350 Marks.
Expected Minimum NEET marks required to get MD/MS Admission in this college -Above 450 to 550.
(10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent.
He/She should have secured a minimum of 50% Aggregate marks in PCB/Biotech Combined.

The timing of college depends upon on the college in which u have taken admission degree college mostly prefer the morning schedule time where mostly colleges starts from 7 or 8 till 10/11 am in the morning.
