UEM Kolkata is a world-class University with all facilities. The full campus has Wi-Fi signal with good speed. Labs are well decorated. One of the computer labs has 1000 computers together. All classroom are smart classroom. Students can get all book from the library which is s huge in size. Medical and sports facility are also there.
Faculties are very well Educated. They help the student in every sort of studies every time. They are highly qualified. They also help students to do advanced studies. They use different methods that students are able to understand what they are teaching.
Placement is very good. IEM- UEM group together do placements. Very year every student get job offer. Placement of computer Science is excellent. All student get 1/2 job offers.

Placements : About 90 percent of students will get a PG seat remaining 10 percent will opt for other ways like UPSC exams, MRB, etc. You can even start your own clinic. Minimum package of MBBS graduates will be 3 Lacs per annum while maximum can be 2 crores per annum. Top recruiting companies are various famous private hospital like Apollo hospital, SRM medical institute, etc. Top UG seat is MBBS and most opted out PG seat is MD Radio diagnosis. As already mentioned the highest package may go upto 2 crores per annum and the lowest package will be 2 Lacs per annum while average package will be 30-40 Lacs per annum. Doing internship in the same college for 1 year is compulsory for all students. Infrastructure : Free Wi-Fi is available in the college library. Labs for various subjects like physiology, pathology, biochemistry, microbiology is present in our college and these labs are of first class standards. Recently in 2016, a new lecture hall was built and the hall is air conditioned. A new hostel was built recently for 1st and 2 and year students. Other hostel blocks are old and not up to the mark now. The management is planning for new hostel blocks construction. A playground is present and students participate in various games like cricket, football, hockey, basketball, badminton, etc. No fear of medical issues since the hospital is located in very close proximity to the hostel. The canteen of our hostel is average. I will give a rating of 3/5 star for our mess food. Faculty : The teachers and professors in our college are highly qualified. They will never say no to your doubts and are very helpful. Every professor will make every topic clear. However, there are very few professors whose teaching is not up to the mark. From 2019 a new curriculum for MBBS has been adapted and it is more clinically oriented and make the student industry ready.
