Heritage is better in terms of infrastructure and college life. In terms of placements, both are okay. Both are private colleges and I think heritage is a good option for CSE.

Yes, the admissions are based on GMAT score, hence if you score good and get a rank in top 100-300 then you will easily get a top college. Also, anywhere above 1k is also a good rank.

Visva Bharti takes entrance test for UG admission but not for all the courses. Admission in B.Sc honors agriculture is based on the merit of class 12th. Minimum marks required in class 12th are 60 % having one compulsory subject amongst these subjects - physics, chemistry, maths, biology or agronomy.
