Yes, you can.
Passed 10+2 examination with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

If your GMR is 154, then you'll get chance even in Jadavpur University. And, surely in Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College.

12th : 60% (with English/Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Statistics having FULL MARKS and not less than 100 in each paper in class 12th? )
Apart from this, the candidate should have also cleared the entrance test, GD and PI.
