Eligibility Criteria for LLM is:
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B, subject to valid score in entrance exam followed by interview. CLAT, AILET, LSAT, NEST are the exams through you can take admission. Generally universities offering LL.M. course conduct an Entrance Test for admission to the program. The application forms for this course are available in the month of April-May every year.

Firstly, just make your question clear because after clearing 12th board exam, just clear the JEE mains and advanced entrance exam and clear the cut-off respective IIT and you're eligible for admission in B.Tech.
After doing B.Sc in science course, you can do MSc in IIT by clearing the entrance exam of JAM. After doing B.Tech clear GATE and do M.Tech. You can also do PhD in IIT. So, just make sure what you actually like to do and mainly focus on the course first college should be second priority because getting a desired course will only help you survive and helps you create your better future.
