Hello Papia,
Invariably most of the universities offering distance education have 31Sug as last date with additional time frame by paying late fees. However you must have passed your graduation. Markslist needs to be uploaded.
Hence I am afraid if you have not passed graduation then it's not possible else it is possible.

You can opt for a distance MBA course, where in you can continue with your job & simultaneously pursue education as well. I must share the concern that the MCA marks won't matter for B.ED Admission. The 39 percent marks of Graduation shall make it tough for you to get admission on the basis of marks.
But, there are entrance tests conducted by universities these days.
You still need to check out what is the Minimum Marks criteria to Apply for B.Ed.
