Hi,
It is better to appear for NEET and have some rank as that's the minimum eligibility criteria for most of the medical colleges. There are management quota seats which are offered only if you have appeared in the NEET or any other state entrances of the state you are applying to.

Yes, you can. The only requirement is to have maths in class 12th. If you had that, you are eligible.

If you love Mathematics, Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) B.Maths is the right degree course for you. Admission in B.Maths is based on entrance examination conducted by ISI. Eligibility criteria to seek admission in B.Maths is 10+2 years of Higher Secondary Education (or its equivalent) with Mathematics and English as subjects of study.
