Admission is entrance-based; for instance, BCA has MAKAUT CET, BBA ECET, and MBA has CAT/MAT/ATMA/VUMAT exams with a PI and GD round. No, you cannot join EIILM Kolkata directly since the institute offers entrance-based admission for its UG, PG, and doctorate courses. For UG and PG courses, it needs basic eligibility criteria, i.e., Class 10 for UG, and Class 12 for PG with graduation as a qualification, respectively. And for PhD courses, the institute follows norms as applied by UGC in admissions of students.

Generally, to get into the B.Ed course in IASE Deemed University - Institute of Advanced Studies in Education, one needs to appear for the PTET, or Pre-Teacher Education Test. PTET is generally the entrance exam for B.Ed admissions in Rajasthan colleges.

It's based solely on merit obtained through PTET, and hence, it's an important score for securing a place in the program.

However, one always must look for admission details on the university website itself since there might be special provisions of direct admission by some colleges for a few cases.
