The ranking in JEE Main with 12,000 may be out of competition with top colleges in IIT and NIT in CSE department, which happens when the ranking in the entrance test goes highly competitive for seats in that stream. Generally, for most of the IITs, CSE seats can be acquired from closing rank with 2,000-4,000 ranks for general candidates. At new NIT or other government college levels, getting CSE seats will also be achievable in the same range of rank like 12,000.

No, you cannot get a direct admission because it requires entrance exam and there is proper eligibility criteria which you need tk follow.
For enrolling in B.Tech you must give entrance exam JEE Main or WBJEE
After getting a certain marks required for clearing exam you can get admission in college

This college has a very strong placement records with students securing jobs in various sectors like IT, management, engeneering etc.
This institution has good connections with reputed companies like wipro, TCS, Infosys and these companies hier students by giving packages upto 3.5 Lakh-7.5 lakh
Whereas Gargi college also has decent placement rates but as compared to om Dayal the salary packages are less they are upto 1.5 Lacs .
