You can find the selection criteria in a official website of DIATM. I can tell you about some courses selection criteria like for B.Tech - you must have passed 10+2 with a 45% marks in the Science group ( physics, chemistry and mathematics ) 

For MBA - Any graduate (10+2+3/4) with a valid score in MAT or JEMAT.
