Candidates are allowed to get admission to the MBA course at Tecno India University without CAT. If the students do have not valid scores in CAT, so they have to secure good scores in MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ WBJEE/ NMAT/ KMAT/ JEMAT/ TISSNET. Yes, IAM Kolkata facilitates merit-based scholarships to the students. Students who have secured 80% or above in Class 12 become eligible for the scholarship. To grant admission to candidates for hotel management programmes, the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) administers the Electronic Common Hotel Admission Test (eCHAT). The Combined Hospitality Aptitude Test (also known as the IIHM eCHAT entrance exam) is a nationwide exam. The IIHM eCHAT 2026 exam is being held multiple times this year. Yes, IAM Kolkata does offer BA courses for a three-year undergraduate degree. The institute provides two specialisations in BA courses i.e., BA in Tourism Studies and BA in Hospitality Management. The admission process for both the courses is similar in that candidates are required to complete the basic eligibility criteria i.e., candidates must qualify their Class 12 with English as one of the main subjects and after qualifying for the basic eligibility criteria, students are required to appear in the entrance exam followed by Group discussion and personal interview.
