Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management (AIEM) is generally considered a Tier 2 engineering college in India. While it has a decent reputation and offers various engineering courses, it is not among the top-ranked institutions in the country. The ranking can vary depending on different criteria and sources, but Tier 2 is a common categorization for AIEM.

It's important to note that the "best" college for you depends on your specific preferences, career goals, and other factors. It's recommended to research and compare different colleges to find the one that aligns best with your aspirations.
