The advantage of Supreme Knowledge Foundation Group of Institutes.
Placements: Almost 90% of students are placed from our college. The highest package is 8 lakhs per annum, with an average of 4 lakhs per annum and the minimum package being 2 lakhs per annum. Basically, IT-based companies are coming like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, KPIT, and one technology-based company, Sisir Radar.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility available on our college campus. There are up to 200 classrooms, up to 40 laboratories, one library, and one study room here. Hostel facilities are available on our campus. Football, volleyball, basketball, etc., are available in our college campus.
Faculty: The teachers are very well qualified, smart, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is just awesome, and they apply some smart systems like projector and LCD display. The semester exams are quite tough to clear, with a minimum of 40 percent needed to pass.

SKFGI is a great place for students, with great faculty members and a good environment.
Placements: I am a student in the civil engineering department. 80% of students get placed every year in our institute by the civil department. Many known companies, like L&T and some local companies, are also included in the placement process. Students are offered a 3–5 LPA package. Students get job as site engineer, designers, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good and the labs are well maintained. SKFGI has a very nicely renovated language lab and a well-decorated library as well. Classrooms are clean and have enough space for students. The canteen is also nice. There is a medical room on every floor of the institute.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and friendly. Student ideas are always welcome and paid attention to. The department tries to create an environment where creativity and innovation can thrive. Semester exams are held under CCTV supervision. A site visit was also held by the civil engineering department. This really helps students understand the working environment.
Other: Every year, we have our cultural fest and sports event. Our college campus is ragging-free. The civil engineering department participates in many extracurricular activities that are organized by the college.

I'm disappointed with the placements in 2017, although I learnt many things in our college.
Placements: Placements were not satisfying for our branch, i.e., civil engineering. However, they provide lots of opportunities for electrical engineering and electronics engineering students to get placed. They organised campus drives on a daily basis from December to March. Although most of the companies that visited the campus were IT companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was very good. It was a 3-storeyed building which has lots of classrooms and every type of lab. The college provided a library where a schedule is followed by students to issue and deposit the books using library cards. Our college has a first-aid room with primary treatment facilities. There was a playground in front of the college boys hostel where we played a lot.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were average. Some of them were very good and helpful, but some were not. Almost 8-9 faculty members were available in our branch, i.e., civil engineering, during my tenure. Only 3-4 faculty members in our branch were helpful, knowledgeable and frank with us. However, most of them were PhD holders.
Other: We organised lots of events such as fresher's party, college fest, tech fest, teachers day celebration, etc., in our college. Our fest is organised for 2 days, and the college invites a Bollywood singer on the 2nd day of the fest every year. Except that, our 2nd best event is the tech fest in which lots of students from our college and also from other colleges participated and win exciting prizes. The college also organises intra-college cricket and football tournaments every year. There are some scholarship facilities for SC, ST, and OBC students. They also provide railway concession to day scholars.

It is a great place to spend four years of life.
Placements: I got job offers from three companies namely Byju's, Think and Learn and JMC Projects Ltd. Our junior batch students also got placed in JMC. Moderate oppurtunuties are provided here for jobs. Some reputed companies have our students as their employees.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise, our college ranks among the best in western India. All types of standardized equipment are present at our labs for proper training and education of students. Regular checkups and standardization of equipment take place. Library and book bank facilities are available.
Faculty: The course curriculum is strictly according to the norms and syllabus of MAKAUT (formerly known as WBUT). The classes are regularly conducted, and the faculty members are really helpful and competent. Faculty members help us not only in academics but also in extra curriculars.
Other: Annual events like fests, freshers, farewell, and conferences are held.

I am very satisfied with our college.
Placements: The placements in our college were good. Many companies visited the college, mainly IT companies. Not a lot of civil companies came for placements, but many senior students got placed in reputed companies.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are good. Wi-Fi facility is available on the campus. The library has many books, but the digital library is not accessible for students. Medical facilities are good; first-aid treatment is available. Quality of food provided in the canteen is good, and the prices are affordable. Labs are very good, and last but not the least, the teachers are very dedicated.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and very dedicated towards their job and want students to learn. Some of the teachers really know how to make a student listen. A teacher is allotted for 15 students. The course curriculum is very useful; we gained a lot of knowledge about civil engineering.
Other: Fests are conducted in the college. Events such as bridge building, robotics, etc., are conducted.
