While the Indian Statistical Institute in Kolkata does not offer a 100% scholarship for M.Tech programs, it does offer financial support to its students.Scholarships from ISI are awarded according to the college's requirements. The Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) Kolkata does not charge a fee for its Bachelor of Statistics (B.Stat) program. Instead, students receive a monthly stipend of INR 3,000. The B.Stat (Hons) programme at ISI Kolkata is three years long and has 50 seats. The programme is offered only at the Kolkata campus. Students will also receive a deduction of INR 200 for hostel, and there is no formal fee for food. The mess is student-run, so students pay for what they eat.

Under no circumstances does the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) in Kolkata reimburse the online application fee. The institute does, however, reimburse the Seat Acceptance Deposit (SAD) following a 10% processing fee deduction. Candidates who accept a seat offer but decline admission, enroll in the program, or leave after the first semester without finishing it are responsible for paying the SAD. For candidates in the general category, the SAD is Rs 20,000; for those in the SC, ST, OBC, NCL, PwD, or EWS categories, it is Rs 12,000.
