Heritage Institute of Technology has been established by KBT- Kalyan Bharti Trust. The trust started the institute with the idea of providing quality education as per the global standards in the region. The trust runs five other schools and institutes other than the Heritage Institute of Technology. Thus the institute is run and managed by the trust and is not a public institution.

Both the unvierities are best in their on ways . Both universites are best in certificate . This depends on the students and their interest amd their cutoff. By checking your cutoff you can select your university. International school of design contains 10 courses in certifcate and the eligibility is CBSE 10th, WBBSE, ICSE. Whereas the calcutta university offers 20 courses in certificate and the eligibility is CBSE 10TH, WBBSE, ICSE and the tution fees is 1.5k. Compare to the insd calcutta as the less tution fees. The tution fees for INSD is 55.5k

Heritage Institute of Technology admission 2023 to the BTech course is based on the WBJEE score, followed by the WBJEE Counselling. According to the Heritage Institute of Technology cutoff 2023 the Round 1 Seat Allotment result for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is 3667 for the General AI Quota. Heritage Institute of Technology MCA cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the MCA courses. The cutoff in 2025 was 341 for the General AI category.

Yes, such students are eligible. Such candidates must upload their previous (last available) semester grade sheet showing their percentage of marks in the application portal. If selected, their admission will be subjected to meeting the required eligibility criteria.

The 2023 course-wise placement data is not out yet. According to the official report, Dual Degree emerged as the top course during IIT Kharagpur placements 2022 with 577 students placed. IIT KGP placement report 2026 is not released yet. As per the Phase 1 report 2026, above 1500 offers including 457 PPOs were mad. The highest package stood at INR 2.44 Crore per annum.
Earlier, the official placement brochure for the 2025-26 academic year has been released on the official website of the institute. To download the report, visit the CDC link available at IIT Kharagpur official website. Click on the 'Proactive Disclosure and Tender' dropdown. The IIT KGP placements and internship reports for the past few years will be disclosed. Click on the desired report and download it.

The IIT Kharagpur average package offered during the 2023 placements is yet to be released. Once released, it will be updated here. However, according to some media reports, the IIT Kharagpur the highest package offered in 2023 was more than INR 2.68 crore per annum. In 2022, the highest package stood at INR 2.40 crore per annum. In addition to this, the 2022 median package is released in the NIRF report 2023. The IIT Kharagpur MBA placement package and for other popular courses are tabulated below:
