The COMEDK cutoff varies from college to college so there is no fixed cutoff or passing marks for SC students, but there is a good difference when compared with unreserved category students.

First of all congratulations on getting a good rank and yes you can get CSE at MVIT with a rank of 3735 in 1st round only, otherwise in 2nd round your seat is confirmed. Hope you got your answer.
