Depending on the regulations of the colleges taking part in COMEDK counseling, you can still be qualified for college counseling even if you passed your mathematics compartment exam and scored highly on the COMEDK exam. Gaining admission to engineering universities through COMEDK and taking part in college counseling are more likely if you have passed your compartment test and scored highly on the COMEDK exam. In the end, though, it comes down to how you rank in comparison to the other applicants and the number of seats available in your desired colleges and branches.

No, Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka will not allow candidates to change their COMEDK UGET exam centre after the submission of form. Changing the COMEDK exam centre 2024 will not be allowed even at the time of correction facility. The exam authority will allot the exam centre as per the choice preference filled at the time of filling COMEDK UGET application form 2024. Applicants are advised to fill the COMEDK 2024 exam city preference carefully.

You can be qualified for a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at a number of reputable engineering institutes in Karnataka if you scored 76 on the COMEDK exam. Getting a free seats in colleges with 54 marks in COMEDK exam is bit difficult. However there are few colleges that offer admission for students with low score in COMEDK with fees ranging from INR 1L to INR 4L. The list of such colleges are mentioned below for the candidate's reference

With a rank of 4000, it is a bit challenging for getting an admission in branches like computer Science or electronics engineering streams in RV college as the cut off ranks for OBC in the previous years are generally below 4000. But you have chances for getting admission in streams like civil, biotechnology and industrial engineering and management.
If you don't get into RV, you can probably get into good colleges like BMS, PESIT and Ramaiah with that rank, though getting core branches would be still difficult in such colleges.

No, there will be no numerical type of question in the COMEDK question paper. COMEDK 2024 exam comprises multiple choice questions with 4 alternatives. There will be a total of 180 questions from Physics Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.As per the exam pattern of COMEDK UGET, there is a single paper which includes 180 questions (60 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). Each question carries 1 mark totalling 180 marks.In COMEDK, repeating the same questions is uncommon, however the types of questions will be similar. Solving prior year question papers can give you a good understanding of the problems asked.

The COMEDK UGET is a computer-based online exam, and you won't have access to an on-screen calculator either. Hence, you cannot bring a calculator to the COMEDK UGET exam centre. Electronic devices of any kind are strictly prohibited in the exam hall. However, rough sheets will be provided for you to do any necessary calculations during the exam.
