The best thing you can do is forfeit your seat alloted in COMEDK and then continue with the KCET counseling procedure. If in case you have taken admission in the seat alloted by COMEDK, then you have to give a written request to the COMEDk forum/office to reject your seat and give back the documents.

You could still be able to upload your documents during COMEDK counseling specifically for Round 2 Phase 2 if your 12th NIOS result has not been announced yet. But make sure you upload the necessary files by the due dates and the include your 12th grade transcript if it is available.
