Hi, For B.Com you can apply without maths but for hons you must have maths. Also every university/institute has its own criteria. In SET for B.Com (Hons) maths is required. BHU B.Com (Hons) you should have economics or maths or finance or commerce etc.

As you have done with ITI, as far as I am concerned, you will be allowed to get in 2nd year in B.Tech directly.
