it would be better to go for a degree course. It is much better than a Diploma for future career prospects as well. Getting placement depends upon your cv also.

No, you are ineligible for pursuing B.Sc after commerce. You will have to go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about the admission procedure, fees, eligibility etc.

The basic eligibility for admission to B.Sc Computer Science is a pass in 10+2 with Science subjects, so you cannot do this course. You may try for BCA.
