If you want to settle in finance, go for BFA+MFA/M.Com or B.Com+MBA-finance/M.Com. And also you could prepare for IAS in parallel with degree and PG.

Dear friend,
For B.Com degree, some college affiliated with some university conduct some general entrance exams but not any specific exams for NRI. So, you may without any hassle and bustle can pursue B.Com degree.
