No, it's not possible for you get admission for criminology after completing 12th standard in commerce stream. You need to be from science background to be eligible for this course.

If you want to study crime then go for law after your 12th.

You can pursue B.Com (Hons) CA CS whichever interests you.

The fees structure is not mentioned. The approximately fee would range from 15k - 22k per year.

You can apply in any organisation for the post of an accountant which require skills such as keeping track of their profit and loss of their company, etc. For such type of jobs, you should have strong knowledge in core subjects. If you are interested in higher studies after graduation, you can opt for below programs :
1. Chartered Accountancy (CA)
2. Company Secretaryship (CS)
3. Master of Business Administration (MBA)
4. LL.B.

You have really score good marks in your 12th but you are confuse about your next studies. So, I would like to help you with this percentage. You can do-

LLB
BBA
BBM
If you are interested in doing CA, CS, CMA or CFA. So, you can do it with your Bachelor degree I.e B.Com.

For admission in B.Com, you need to have minimum 50% and above.

I shall not recommend career options abroad just on the basis of class 12th/Senior School Certificate. However, doing Management/Commerce/Hotel Management courses, Bachelor's degree abroad can open better options in career.
