Happy to answer to your question. As you are a commerce background student, you can join N number of courses. They are like B.Com, BBA, BBM and CA and CS where these two are professional courses which you can do with correspondence with above courses as well. I hope that you got your answer.

No, you have to start your graduation from 1st year. You cannot get into 3rd year directly.
