I don't think so that there is a lot of scope for a commerce student in HTML course.

CFA or computerized financial accounting is the most popular short term course for commerce students which will enhance their accounting skills through computers.

According to your plan for graduation, I would recommend you to go for CFA computerized financial accounting and digital marketing courses.

Thailand is going to be quite affordable, but honestly, it won't be that competitive and I am not sure if there are any popular colleges or universities for commerce. Instead, they have degrees from popular universities from other countries which I am again no sure if it will help you
