Hi friend, The admission for B.Com has started already after the result of 12th standard. So, you can now take admission in any college of Mumbai as per their criteria.

It depends on your 12th marks. If you have above 90% marks, so you're eligible this college.

Yes you can apply for the apply for the course. Admission to UG courses offered by MES College of Arts Commerce and Science is based on merit. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board to secure admission. Aspirants should have secured a minimum 50% Aggregate with English as a subject.
Candidates who have passed the Pre-University Examination of Karnataka or the 10+2 examination from a recognized board of education are eligible for admission.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks in the qualifying exam.
