Yes, you can do B.Ed. Any one after completing+3 or degree can apply B.Ed entrance and after that he/she can do the B.Ed course.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for BA Geography (H) in JMI. There will be NO deductions as Geo (H) is an entrance based course in JMI. There will be deduction of some percentage if you apply in DU.

Here are some of the courses that you can do after studying commerce in class 12th. Apart from these, there are lots of other courses available but the ultimate choice is up to you. It is inapplicable because for NET exam Post Graduation in same field is considered if that subject is unavailable means relevant subjects are allowed. HRM is already there in NET exam subjects list.
