The eligibility for Bachelors in hotel management is
course is:
Duration: 4 years*. Citizenship: Indian nationals. Qualification: Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with at least 45% marks. In any stream.

Here is eligibility criteria details for you:
Completion of 10+2 or High School Senior Secondary exam by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or equivalent.
A minimum score of 50% aggregate in 10+2 level.
English as a subject in HSC
All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.

So, you have two options either continue it and merge yourself towards field like MBA, B.Sc, etc., or take a drop of one year and do it with science stream and do what you are interested in.
