Don't worry, you just need to focus on your 12th study after completing your 12th, you need to worry about your future. I would like to suggest that you should go for CA, CS, B.Com or LLB. Or else, if you are interested in management then take admission for BBA or BBM which will help you to do MBA and after completing your BBA, you have a great scope.

You must graduate. Graduation is a must. Here are few things you can do, and DO adjust or modify them as per your own convenience :)
During your graduation years, revisit NCERTs and read all class 6-12 NCERTs (Social Science, History, Geography, Science) and develop an understanding of basics. ( For class 11-12 NCERTs, read selectively, I might answer how selectively in another answer)
