Graduate of any discipline is eligible to join bank as a probationary officer or in clerical services. However, to clear bank PO and clerical services examination, you require basic understanding of maths of class 10th level.

Admission for BCA in many colleges require mathematics as a compulsory subject but don't worry about it because many colleges don't possess any compulsory subject but yes, if you have taken informatics practices as an elective subject in class 11th and 12th, then you have got the key for admission in majority of the colleges.
I am also a commerce student currently studying in class 12th and I am also too much interested in doing BCA.

The eligibility criteria of BCA, B.Sc- CS & IT is pass in HSc with mathematics / computer science / computer application as a subject of study. That means H.Sc- commerce students who had studied the mentioned subjects are eligible for admission.
Some universities admit commerce H.Sc holders with business mathematics / statistics for BCA, B.Sc- CS & IT programmes whereas in some private universities, just H.Sc in any stream is enough to get admission.
BCA, B.Sc- CS & IT are the courses with similar subjects.
Please check the eligibility criteria of university in your jurisdiction.

You are not eligible for architecture but you are eligible for interior designing. You may do 3 or 4 years Bachelors of interior designing, Bachelors of vocational education or Bachelors of design. NMIMS, NID, NIFT, INIFDM and KIIT are a few institutes.

You can try for IIS University or Vivekananda Global University-Jaipur. These colleges offer scholarships also apart from just providing good quality education.
