It's up to your interest. If you are interested in business, you may continue being into commerce stream. IAS exam has nothing to do with your undergraduate stream. It is only the minimum qualification to appear in the examination. It is not mandatory to have maths in class 12th commerce. If you have opted for commerce stream in class 12th, you can pursue B.Com.

Commerce stream students can do BCA provided they have mathematics in class 12th. Very limited universities such as IGNOU allows students to do BCA, even if they do not have mathematics in class 12th.
