Hi Badal,
There is not much of a difference in B.com and B.Com Hons.
B.Com hons require you to have maths as a compulsory subject, unlike B.Com pass.
The other difference lies in having a specialization of a commerce subject in B.Com Hons.
On the other hand, B.Com (Professional) is a high profile undergraduate program aimed to create enhanced competence of career positioning tied up with opportunity to become a global accounting and management professional.
These are the short term courses that you can pursue after B.Com/ B.Com(Hons):
-Cost Accounting Diploma
-Diploma in E-Commerce
-Diploma in Banking
-Diploma in Financial Management.
-PG Diplom
...more

Hi Nikita,
Dietitians are professionals who use the science of managing nutrition to promote a healthy life. In order to become dietitian you have to take up either B.Sc Nutrition or B.E in Food Technology. You have to write the entrance test for getting admission for these courses
Since you have already completed graduation in B.Com, i would suggest you to opt for some short term diploma course programs.
Here is a list of programs for you:
Certificate Courses in Dietetics & Health Education
Certificate Courses in Nutrition and Dietetics
Diploma in Dietetics and Nutrition
Diploma in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition
Diploma in Dietetics, Health
...more
