NIFT and NID exams results are necessary for admission in NIFT and NID colleges only. Hence, there is no need of NIFT or NID exams to clear for admission in INSD-Pune. For admission details directly call to INSD, Pune.

NID admits students on the basis of their individual capabilities instead of just focusing on the past academic qualifications. NID admits students for 2 of its programmers which are B. Des and M.Des. The admission procedure consists of the following 3 stages:
STAGE 1: Design Aptitude Test (that)
STAGE 2: Studio Test
STAGE 3: Personal Interview
The candidates must fulfil the NID 2018 Eligibility before beginning the NID 2018 Application Process. The NID 2018 Eligibility includes the age criteria and academic qualification of the candidates.

National Institute of Design (NID) offers admissions to aspirants in Bachelor of Design B. Des Graduate Diploma Programme in Design (GDPD) as well as Master of Design M.Des programmes on the basis of their performance in NID Design Aptitude Test. In order to secure admission in design programmes offered at National Institute of Design (NID) aspirants need to take part in NID that (Prelims) and NID that (Mains). Only candidates who are shortlisted in NID that (Prelims) can appear for NID that (Mains).
