Yes, you can apply for CS foundation course. Eligibility for CS Foundation:
Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination of a Board/University constituted by law in India or any examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto can join the CS

For CS foundation, 12th or something equivalent is required. There is a proposal that students completing ITI will be awarded class 12th certificates. But it still is far. So for the moment, you are not yet eligible for CS foundation.

It is based on your interest. If you are interested in programing or computer language go for BCA or CSE. If you are interested in electronics and design, go for ECE. And, EEE is the evergreen branch and have more government job opportunities.

The highest package can go as high as 12 to 18 LPA. But the average remains at around 5-6 LPA. Decent scores are fine but most of the time they do not have any significant value. I have seen students scoring less but getting a good package because of their aptitude and communication skills.
