Admissions in COEP is done via MHCET not via JEE mains. There are various criteria for admissions of outside state students so do check their official website for more info.

You can get admission in almost all private colleges through the management quota seat. You are asking about SRM and Manipal. Manipal is more costly than SRM.

Hello Riya,
Lateral entry is for Diploma students not for engineering students, changing colleges affiliated from different university is not as easy as it seems, however you may talk to colleges if they don't have any problems you can switch, but the chances are very low.

JB, SRM Guntur (Andhra Pradesh) is a new campus of SRM University and first batch will pass out in year 2021. While SRM Chennai campus is an old campus and established in 1985, and have very good record of placement. So, you should go with SRM Chennai campus.

The admission in IIIT Sonepat for B.Tech programs are based on JEE Main ranks and through JoSAA counselling. Because the IIIT Sonepat and NIT Kurukshetra courses are runs together at NIT campus, so the placement offers are common for both.
