You can only get NIT, Agartala if your home state is Agartala and comes in any category or else you have no chance of getting CSE in NIT, Agartala.

National Institute of Engineering, Mysore

SIT, Tumkur

Outside Bangalore (preference-wise):

KLS Git, Belgaum
NMAM, Nitte
Bapuji, Davengere
The best choice will be NIE if you get that, and after that, you can prefer SIT, Tumkur or BVB, Hubli if studying in Bangalore is not your choice.
