The basic BCA eligibility is to possess an aggregate of 50% or above in Class 12 in any stream (Arts, Science, Commerce) with English as a compulsory subject. Hence first selection should be of a good college which is of repute so that it can give the best academic excellence in the form of best faculty who are there to help you. HiBCA needs a Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. So in my opinion your choice of subjects would not be a hindrance for a BCA. Best would be to also browse through the website of the college and find out exact schemes. You can also browse the web site of other good universities like LPU being awarded for Nation Employablity 2020 or you can check LOYOLA another good instituteBrowse through the web site which clearly state the eligibility for admission. The eligibility criteria of BCA of IGNOU Ahmedabad Regional Centre is given below:
Eligibility: 10+2 with Mathematics as a distinct subject. Those who have not studied Mathematics as a distinct subject at 10+2 level will have to register for MTE-03 along with 1st semester of BCA. Such students have to successfully complete MTE-03 before registering for the 3rd semester of the BCA programme.

Yes but you will have some challenges clearing maths paper in fisrt and second year. For key computer programming maths is required but for HTML etc. You may just get passing marks in maths and do away.
