Delhi University does not offers BCA and B.Sc (IT) courses. The DU offers B.Sc (Hons) Computer Science course. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. (Hons) Computer Science of DU's is given below. An aggregate of 60% or more marks in English, Mathematics and best of the two subjects from Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science/Informatics Practices

Yes, you can opt for BCA, however I would suggest BE in Computers instead of BCA.

IGNOU offers MCA programme through distance mode. The eligibility criteria and other details are given below.
1. Eligibility criteria: Any Bachelors degree of minimum 3 (three) year duration from a recognised University AND Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level; else the student is required to pursue and pass the BCS-012 course concurrently with IGNOU MCA. If you had studied Maths at +2 or graduation level, then you need not register for BCS-012. Course fee : Rs. 72,000/- for full Programme to be paid Semester wise @Rs. 12000/- per Semester.
